Mojave Resort Golf Club The Finest Golf In The
Laughlin, Nevada/Tri State Area

The Mojave Resort Golf Club is considered the premier layout in Laughlin, Nevada and indeed in the entire tri state area.  Our 6,939, yard championship course has been honored with 4 stars from Golf Digest and is conveniently located right next to IMG_9662resized.jpgthe Avi, Casino on the picturesque banks of the Colorado River.

Designed by experienced golf architects Lee Schmidt and Brian Curly, the lush Mojave layout is routed through the lowlands of the banks of the Colorado River. Wide fairways, wind-shaped sand dunes, beautiful natural landscaping and a richly green course set against desert mountains, the Mojave Resort Golf Club offers a challenging and rewarding playing experience.

Perhaps the most common quote we get for players about our course is the superior conditioning we maintain all year round. Lush green fairways and firm fast greens provide you with a stark and beautiful contrast to the desert mountains and natural vegetation that surround the course.

The course has a diverse layout that has appeal for both low and high handicappers with four sets of tees to suit your game. The routing is a seamless combination of desert golf and classic links with fairways that are nearly as wide as they are long. The player-friendly fairways can boost the confidence of any player but that doesn't mean the golf course is easy. The greens have subtle but tricky breaks and they're framed by plenty of strategically positioned bunkers.

Water too comes into play on several holes including on the final two
IMG_9656resized.jpgchallenging holes. To add to your excitement our spectacular group of par 3’s also features one, the 17th where you can wager and win up to $100,000 for a hole in one each and every time you play!

Coming from out of town? Leave your clubs at home. We have TaylorMade clubs available for you to rent.

Overall you’ll find Mojave Golf Resort a fine strategic test that rewards thinking over brute force and invites you to come back and enjoy its’ charms again and again!

Now let’s here directly from our players with unedited comments from the internet:

“I love this course. It's the main reason my wife and I prefer to play in Laughlin over many of the Vegas courses. We got a GREAT stay-and-play package with Harrah''s, this course, and Laughlin Ranch GC, and we will definitely play this course as often as possible. A tip of the cap to a terrific and friendly staff, and the facilities are extremely nice. The course itself is challenging but fun, even for a 12-handicapper like myself, and the red tees are equally enjoyable for the wife. We enjoy playing in the desert in the summer, so greens fees are wonderfully inexpensive! This is a MUST-PLAY!!!”

“I travel from Washington State to the Laughlin area for fun and recreation and have played the Mojave Golf Course several times. This course is great. It is difficult, yet forgiving and I am an 8 hcp. Our trip is fulfilled when we have the opportunity to play this course. Course is great, staff are very friendly, resturant and club house are equally as nice. I highly recommend this course to all levels of golfers.”

“Great place to golf ~ costs a little more than other courses in the immediate area, but, worth the little extra - course is well maintained.”

“This course is a diamond...better than a diamond actually with no real rough.  This is a golfers dream course and I'll tell you why.
The fairways are just as wide as they are long.  Feel free to spray it around on most holes and you're still hitting on nice semi short cut grass.  They closely mow the grass around the green too so feel free to putt a shot 20 feet short or sometimes even long.  It's like a collection area on all sides.  The greens are really hard though so sticking shots isn't easy.  Very links style so run it up in some cases.  The greens looked fast but believe me they are deathly slow so you can really go aggressive at them. Played an American Airlines shotgun tourney here a week back and had a great time.  The staff are super friendly and the course is really clean.  Upon driving up to the course you can tell you're gonna have a blast based on how green it is against the desert brown backdrop. This is truly a beautiful course.”
